Tulus Darnoto obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from STIE YKPN Jogjakarta and has graduated from the Financial Accountant Professions Education (PPAK) program at Gadjah Mada University in Jogjakarta. Tulus Darnoto has several certificate such as received a National Registration for Accountants with No. D – 40890 from the Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia, Chartered Accountant from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants, a Certificate in Business Valuation from ACCA, and Public Accountant Certificate (CPA) from the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI).

For 17 years, Tulus Darnoto has had experience predominantly in the field of auditing in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and services. He is currently a partner at KAP Maurice Ganda Nainggolan & Partners. Started his audit career in KAP Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat dan Rekan (2004 – 2006), PT Relion Sterilization Services (2006 – 2007), RSM AAJ (2007 – 2016), BKR International (2018 – 2023), KAP Fiby Ariza (2023 – 2024)and KAP Heru Saleh Marzuki dan Rekan(2024 – 2025)

Based on his career and experience, Tulus Darnoto has conducted audits in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and Subsidiaries, PT Bayu Buana Tbk and Subsidiaries, PT Sunindo Adipersada Tbk (IPO), Badan penyelenggara Jasa Kesehatan, PT Ciputra Group, PT Prodia Occupational Health Institute, BPD Jambi, BPD Sumatera Selatan Bangka Belitung, BPD Sumatera Utara, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Bukopin, and Dana Pensiun as BNI, BPD DKI.
